Shipping & Returns

ORDERS WITHIN THE USA 

    Pre-Orders will ship within 1-8 weeks after the date of order. Please read individual Pre-Orders lead time on each product page. 

    Orders within the US will ship UPS Ground shipping. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. Please note order can take 2-4 business days to handle prior shipping. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

    For Promotional Domestic Shipping, we ship via UPS/USPS Postal.

    We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any stolen or loss packages. 

    BROOKLYN PICK UP ONLY 

    We also offer pick up for NYC residents. Once the order is received, we will confirm via email the pick up is ready and the customer will receive pick up information. Pick up will be in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. 

    Please kindly note we do not offer try-ons at our studio. It is strictly "pick up only". 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

    For international orders we ship via DHL Express/UPS International. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. International shipping rates vary by country. Please note the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by countries. 

    If the recipient does not pay for the fee upon shipment arrival, recipient will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fee that are incurred on the package with additional cost of returning the package back to our studio.

    For Promotional International Shipping, we ship via UPS International/USPS Postal service. 

    RETURN POLICY 

    Our return policy is 7 Days from the day your order has been delivered to your door steps. In order to request return/exchanges, please email us at info@tae-park.com with your order number. (No DMs please, as it can get lost) Please allow 2-3 business days for replies on our end. 

    All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of request approval. Any delay in shipment return, we will issue a deduct on restock fee of $15. Please note that all garments go through a multi-step check-in process, which requires an additional 4-5 business days. 

    We do not provide shipping labels for International returns. For International returns or exchanges - customer must cover the return shipping costs or can provide one on their end. We do not refund on custom duties, tax and VAT - please contact your local postal service. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. 

    In order for us to process the refund - we will need to confirm the following once the order is returned back to our facility.

    • For refund, we can either issue a store credit for future purchases (will not expire) or refund back to your original form of payment. 
    • Package is returned in its full packaging. Including any additional gift included as well, which we will deduct from refund if missing in return package. 
    • Item must be in its original condition.
    • Item must be odor-free, stain/mark free. 
    • Once we confirm that we can accept the item back, we will refund the full amount of the item only (your original shipping fee will not be refunded). 
    • If the item does not meet our return policy standard, we will inform via email and either ship back the item to you or deduct cleaning fee from your refund. 
    • We will accommodate the return shipping label (for domestic only) via email on our end.

    If you are unsatisfied with the product once received, please email us with your order number. If an item is defected, pls provide supporting imagery in email for faster communication. We will accommodate you immediately with the next steps.

    SIZE/STYLE EXCHANGE 

    • DOMESTIC

    To request for size/style exchange, please email or DM us with your order number and desired sizing/style request. Once confirmed, we will provide shipping label on our end via email. For any outstanding balance/refund, we will ensure to communicate and process the payment. 

    Please note, your item will only be exchanged via shipping only, once the original item is returned/accepted by our return policy guidelines. 

    • INTERNATIONAL

    For International size/style exchanges - customer must cover the return shipping cost on the original item or can provide us a label on their end. Once the original item is safely returned and approved by our facility, we will provide 'one time' free shipping on the exchanged items. 

    Only one exchange per item will be allowed. 

    ALL PROMOTION/REDUCED SALE ARE FINAL SALE. 

    GIFT CARDS 

    Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale.

    The balance on your gift card will not expire, we want you to have the flexibility to use the full value of your card at your convenience.
