SHIPPING & ORDERS 

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods (such as promotions and holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery; therefore, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated once an order is placed. 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be changed or canceled.

For non-sale items, changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please contact us at info@tae-park.com as soon as possible for assistance. Address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

Shipping Methods

  • All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • For promotional periods, domestic shipping may be fulfilled through UPS or USPS.
  • Tae Park is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders ship within 2-10 weeks from the date of order.
  • Lead times differ by product - please refer to the individual product page for the most current estimates.
  • Pre-Order timelines may adjust based on production, and updates will be provided when applicable.
  • Pre-Orders reserve items in advance to guarantee availability and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. 

 

BROOKLYN PICK UP 

  • Local pickup is available for NYC customers and can be selected at checkout.
  • You will be notified via email once your order is ready.
  • Pickup location is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
  • Please note: no try-ons are permitted; this location is strictly pickup only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Shipping

  • International orders ship via DHL Express or UPS International.
  • Shipping rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery.
  • If duties/taxes are unpaid and the package is returned, the recipient is responsible for:
    • original shipping charges
    • all incurred import fees
    • return shipping costs

Promotional International Shipping

  • During promotional periods, international orders may ship via UPS International or USPS.

International Size/Style Exchanges

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping or may provide their own label.
  • Once the original item is received and approved, we offer one-time complimentary shipping for the exchange.
  • One exchange per item allowed.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund to the original form of payment. 
  • Returns requested within 15 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, valid for 12 months.
  • Email info@tae-park.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.
    (DMs are not accepted.)
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for a reply. As long as your email request is sent within the 7-day window, it will be honored. The timestamp in our inbox serves as proof, regardless of when our team responds.

Return Requirements

  • All returns incur a $15 restocking fee per item.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days.
    • Returns received after 15+ days may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.
  • Items undergo a multi-step check-in process requiring 4–5 business days after arrival.

Product Concerns & Defects

  • If you are unsatisfied with a product once received, please email us at info@tae-park.com with your order number.
  • If the item is defective, please include supporting images in your email for faster resolution.
  • We will accommodate you immediately with the next steps.

Condition Standards

Returned items must include:

  • Full original packaging, including any applicable promotional gifts
  • Original, unworn condition
  • Odor-free, stain-free, and mark-free

Items failing inspection will either:

  • be shipped back to you, or
  • incur a cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds for approved returns may be issued as store credit (valid for 12 months) or returned to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are processed at month-end.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Return Notes

  • Shipping labels are not provided for international returns. Customers may be able to provide one on their end. 
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable; please consult your local customs office.
  • Tae Park is not responsible for lost or stolen international return packages.

Final Sale Items

  • All promotional, reduced, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

SIZE/STYLE EXCHANGE 

Domestic Exchanges

  • Email info@tae-park.com with your order number to request exchange, with your desired size or style. (DMs are not accepted.)
  • Once approved, we provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Exchanges ship once the original item is returned and passes inspection.
  • If there is a price difference, we will contact you to process any outstanding balance or issue store credit for remaining balance.
  • One exchange per order.

International Exchanges

  • Customer covers return shipping or may provide their own label.
  • Once your original item is returned and approved, we provide one-time complimentary shipping for the exchange.
  • One exchange per item.

 

GIFT CARDS

  • All gift card purchases are final sale.
  • Gift card balances never expire, we want you to have the flexibility to use the full value of your card at your convenience.
