PROMOTIONS & SALES

  • Automatic Discounts: Applied at checkout - simply add eligible piece (VIP20, VIP25, VIP30) to your cart.

  • Promotional Gift: One free item per order, based on the qualifying tier. Click here to view the items eligible for the free gift for VIP20, VIP25, and VIP30 tiers.

  • Limited Inventory: Shop early to secure your favorites before they’re gone.

  • Extra Incentives: Additional markdowns applies on already reduced styles and will be archived once sold out. 

 

EXCLUSIONS & RULES

  • Gift cards are excluded from promotions.

  • Price adjustments are not available for purchases made prior to the promotion.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or offers.

  • No Cancellations: Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Promotional Gifts: Eligibility is based on the order at the time of the promotion and recalculated after returns or exchanges. Higher-tier gifts must be returned if the order no longer meets the tier, but lower-tier gifts may still be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Promotions are applied per order only and cannot be combined across multiple orders to qualify for a higher-tier gift.

  • Tae Park reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without notice.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All Sale Items: Items with additional markdowns cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Core Styles (Non-Initial Sale Items): Eligible for size or style exchanges only, while supplies last. One exchange per order.

  • Returns for Core Styles are refunded as store credit only, valid for 1 year from the issue date.

  • Style Exchanges: If your exchange results in a price difference, any remaining balance will be issued as store credit. If the new item exceeds your original amount, the difference must be paid before the exchange is shipped.

 

PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Orders must maintain the minimum spend for gifts after returns or exchanges:

  • Example 1: A free Baby Tee for $1,000+ (VIP20) orders must be returned if returns drop the total below $1,000. Retail value will be charged if not returned.

  • Example 2: If an order qualifies for $2,000+ promotion (VIP30) and returns reduce the total to $1,000 (VIP20):

    • VIP30 items (e.g., Zip-Up Sweater) must be returned because the order no longer meets the VIP30 tier.

    • VIP20 items (e.g., Baby Tee) may be kept because the remaining total still satisfies the VIP20 tier.

Additional Notes:

  • Gift eligibility is recalculated after any exchange.

  • If your returns or exchanges lower your order tier but you now qualify for a lower-tier promotional gift, we’re happy to ship that gift at no additional cost.

  • Any promotional gifts not returned will have their retail value deducted from store credit.

 

RETURN WINDOW & REQUESTS - FOR CORE STYLES ONLY (non- initial sale items)

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email info@tae-park.com with your order number to request a return/exchange. (No DMs, only email confirmations count.)

  • Allow 2-5 business days for a response.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.

  • Return must be shipped within 5 days of approval; packages returned after 15 days may be declined.

  • Garments go through a multi-step check-in process, taking 4-5 business days after arrival.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Include full original packaging, including any promotional gifts based on tiered promotion (retail value deducted if missing).

  • Items must be in original condition, odor-free, and free of stains or marks.

  • Refunds for Core Styles are issued as store credit only.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items not meeting return standards will either be shipped back or have a cleaning fee deducted from the refund.

 

SHIPPING LABELS & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  • Domestic Returns/Exchange: Shipping label provided via email upon approval.

  • International Returns/Exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping and may provide their own label. Once the original item is received and approved, we offer one-time complimentary shipping for the exchange. Duties, tax, and VAT are non-refundable.

  • Tae Park is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

 

SHIPPING & ORDERS

  • Processing During Promotions: High-volume periods may cause slight delays. Please allow extra processing time during holidays.

  • Limited Quantities / No Holds: Items are available while supplies last; inventory cannot be held.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide supporting images for faster resolution.

  • International Orders: Duties and taxes are not included in promotional pricing.
